Our Dress Up! Cocktail Party was a huge success! Thanks to all who came - it was so great to see you. We are thrilled to announce that the Medtronic Women's Council and the FOCUS Committee sponsored a fabulous Ever After Gowns inventory drive through Medtronic!
In two short weeks, the generous people at Medtronic donated well over 1000 items that included gowns, shoes, and accessories!!!! This will help further the mission of Ever After Gowns. We could not be more thankful to have the support of such an incredible company! Medtronic is so incredibly community minded and we are thrilled and honored to work with them.

Ever After Gowns is excited and grateful to announce a partnership with St. Croix Cleaners, the Minnesota Cleaners Association, and E. Weinberg Supply and Equipment on behalf of the MCA. St. Croix Cleaners has offered up ALL of their locations as drop spots for donations to Ever After Gowns. Click here to review drop spot locations. In addition, they will be cleaning all donated items FREE OF CHARGE and helping us with storage! We are pleased and thankful for the Minnesota Cleaners Association and E. Weinberg Supply who have also partnered with us to clean and store gowns! It is only through the generosity and kindness of our fantastic community that we can make so many dreams come true! Our very own super volunteer, Jillian Bellah, received wonderful recognition from Cargill for her service to Ever After Gowns. Jillian was named an award winner in the “Cargill Cares” volunteer program. As the winner, she received company wide recognition. Also, Cargill generously donated money to Ever After Gowns as part of their appreciation for Jillian’s achievement. Congratulations, Jillian, and thank you to you and Cargill.

Ever After Gowns has loved working with the women at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls for the past two years. They are such enthusiastic and dedicated women with serving hearts. Here is a great story about their efforts on our behalf!

Our President, Maggie, joined two of our lovely Ever After Gowns guests to speak with the great hosts of Twin Cities Live about Ever After Gowns. Thanks to the show for a great day on set and thanks to the girls for sharing their stories! We hear they had a terrific prom!

Ever After Gowns was featured on Minnesota Public Radio the day before Richfield Senior High School's 2007 Prom.

This morning's Savvy Shopper column by Allison Kaplan (St. Paul Pioneer Press) highlights the Ever After Gowns organization. Please note that the Curves in Minneapolis is no longer a Dress Drop Spot. However, Sharpe Cleaners in Richfield (6605 Nicollet Ave.) is accepting donations, and there are Drop Spots in Chaska and St. Paul, as well. One of our high school volunteers, Erika Deal, was pictured in the Wayzata-Orono-Long Lake Sun Sailor on April 26, 2006. She and Andrea De Werd, both students at Wayzata High School, assisted Ever After Gowns by running a dress drive at Wayzata High School, and by volunteering at our April 21, 2006 Boutique.

Rena Sarigianopoulos from KARE 11 Sunrise featured Ever After Gowns on her April 20, 2006 broadcasts. Maggie Harris, President of Ever After Gowns, enjoyed some early morning television work while helping to expand the Ever After Gowns vision.

Ever After Gowns was recently featured in a story by Jared Huizenga in the Richefield Sun-Current newspaper.

The Minnesota Daily recently featured Ever After Gowns in their print and on-line editions. The women of the University of Minnesota Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta are running a campus-wide dress drive to benefit Ever After Gowns, and writer Kristen Mueller picked up the story.
