Who we are and What we do....

Ever After Gowns
is a Minnesota based 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation dedicated to supporting Twin Cities-area young women by providing them with new and gently used formal gowns, shoes, and accessories to be worn to their high school prom. Our clients receive all the attire and accessories free of charge. The “Ever After Experience” is not just about getting a free dress, we aim to provide a warm, friendly environment where each guest feels like a princess - complete with personal shopper, gowns, jewelry, shoes, door prizes, make-up experts on hand giving free makeovers and tips, professional stylists providing free styling, and discount flower and tux coupons. Guests are pre-selected by their high school guidance counselors, based on financial need, and the items they choose are theirs to keep forever, free of charge. We offer items in a variety of styles and sizes in order to meet a wide range of tastes and needs.

Started by a group of friends who saw a need in our community, our mission is to provide the proper attire so that high school women, regardless of race, creed, color, ability, or ethnic heritage, can attend a school dance.
